Get involved with this year's biggest trend - glitter! We love glitter here at Naissance HQ, I mean who doesn't!?
But it's not very good for the environment, millions of tiny pieces of plastic being washed down the drain, not really our thing. So, not miss out on the sparkly fun, we're launching a range of Bio Glitter. It's 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly.
Conventional glitter is essentially billions of pieces of tiny plastic working its way through our ecological systems, never breaking down and ending up in our oceans being consumed by marine life. Plastic is having a devasting effect on our environment and by switching to bio glitter you can help reduce the amount of plastic that ends up in the sea.
Made from precision cut, highly reflective particles of biodegradable plant derived film, it's just as sparkly as normal glitter, but much better for the environment. It is produced sustainably, from renewable raw materials from responsibly managed forests certified with the FSC. It will degrade naturally without any adverse effects to the environment as it is made of plant matter, so it is perfectly safe to wash down the drain.
It cosmetically safe for face, body and hair and comes in 6 on trend colours in 3 different sized particles - fine, standard and chunky. Bio glitter actually feels a lot softer than traditional glitter, so a nicer feel on the skin.
Its super easy to apply, you can use any sticking medium you chose to apply your Bio Glitter, we recommend our Aloe Vera Gel (#707) as a base for your glitter. Apply the Aloe Vera Gel to the desired areas and use a brush or your finger to dab on the Bio Glitter. Leave for a few minutes to fully dry. Use as little or as much as you like, but just remember - you can never have too much glitter!
Sparkle up your locks with Bio Glitter
We hope you love our new range of bio glitter. Thanks for joining us on our journey of discovering better, more sustainable and ethical products.
Love and sparkles,
Naissance xox
