Want to try making your own aromatherapy essential oils blends at home? It's so simple to do and it's all natural. You can use whichever combination of essential oils you like, whether you are looking for something citrusy, uplifting, calming or floral, the possibilities are endless! We all have our favourite scents so experiment to find your ultimate blend. Use a 10ml glass amber bottle to store your creations and don't forget to label them. Here's a few ideas for inspiration!

3ml Bergamot #100
2ml Frankincense #185
2ml Marjoram #127
2ml Peppermint #107
3ml Rosemary #108

Top Tip: If you don't have a measuring container small enough to measure millilitres, you can measure the essential oils in drops. 1ml is approximately 20 drops, 2ml approx. 40 drops etc. Or you could use a pipette.
Once you've created your essential oil blend, there are many ways you can use it! Try adding 10-12 drops of your blend to a diffuser or oil burner and let the beautiful fragrance fill the room. You can add a few drops to the bath for a luxurious spa experience at home. You can add it to a carrier oil for a homemade body oil or massage oil.
We'd love to hear from you. Let us know your favourite essential oil blends and how you use them!
