It seemed a cruel way to celebrate spring, one less hour in bed, but with a swathe of warm weather blessing the UK over the last couple of weeks, what could be better than waking up early.
And with the longer days and shorter nights, increasing temperatures and decreasing rainfall (crosses fingers for Wales), we feel more energetic, we start to plan, our motivation rises and we smile more. However, all that sunlight rushing through the windows also highlights the dust, the stains and the mould. Hopefully unrelated to the mould we start getting the sniffles, spring colds & allergies. Luckily for all these problems there's a natural solution. Put down the nasties and the toxic sprays and have a look at these tips for a natural and healthy start to spring.
Nature's spring clean
Ever thought about making your own natural cleaning products? Ditch the harmful chemicals and use these natural ingredients for a lifestyle change that is good for your health, the environment, internal pollution, your pets, your houseplants and your bank balance.
